This Supplier Code of Conduct (“the Code”) applies to all suppliers, vendors, contractors, service providers and business partners (“Supplier”) doing business with any Sotrans Group entity – including SOTRANS Logistics, SOWATCO, Vietranstimex and all subsidiaries and affiliates.

This Supplier Code of Conduct sets out Sotrans Group’s expectations for all suppliers, contractors and business partners.

Every Supplier is bound by this Code and must comply strictly with it at all times.

Sotrans Group reserves the right to verify compliance with this Code through self-assessments, documentation reviews and/or on-site audits. Where non-compliance is identified, Suppliers will be required to implement a corrective action plan within a reasonable agreed timeframe. Sotrans Group is committed to working with Suppliers on their compliance journey.

As part of our commitment to unwavering integrity, Sotrans Group has established a whistleblowing policy for suppliers, business partners and others to report compliance concerns under this Code or applicable laws. This policy protects those who report concerns in good faith from any form of detriment or retaliation.

Scope of Reportable Concerns Include:

(01) Fraud or suspected fraud, theft or dishonest acts.

(02) Bribery, corruption or facilitation payments.

(03) Sanctions violations, misappropriation of funds.

(04) Disclosure of confidential information; conflicts of interest.

(05) Health, safety or environmental violations.
