On December 17, 2021, Vietnam Report JSC (Vietnam Report) in collaboration with Vietnamnet officially announced that SOTRANS Group has secured its place in the Top 10 Most Reputable Logistics Companies of 2021.
This marks the fourth consecutive year that South Logistics Joint Stock Company (SOTRANS Group) has been honored in the category of International Freight Forwarding, Warehousing, and 3PL/4PL Logistics Services.
The ranking is established based on scientific and objective principles to identify and honor the most sustainable and reputable businesses in the industry, focusing on three main criteria: (1) Financial Capacity; (2) Media Reputation; and (3) Stakeholder Surveys.
In addition to SOTRANS Group, its parent company, ITL Group, proudly ranked 2nd on the same prestigious list. This is the third year in a row that ITL has been recognized for its excellence.
The COVID-19 outbreaks in 2021 severely impacted the global and Vietnamese economies, placing businesses, particularly in the logistics sector, under immense pressure. Overcoming these shared challenges, SOTRANS Group successfully ensured its end-to-end supply chain remained uninterrupted. By enhancing service quality and customer experience, the Group maintained its reputation, upheld the core values of the long-standing SOTRANS brand, and sustained stable growth in line with its corporate objectives.
Also in 2021, SOTRANS Group accelerated its restructuring and invested over VND 500 billion in upgrading transportation equipment and modern port and warehouse infrastructure. Furthermore, the Group initiated a comprehensive “Digital Transformation” strategy by integrating advanced logistics technologies into its operations.
Alongside its core business activities, SOTRANS Group demonstrated strong Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) through various social welfare programs worth billions of VND during the pandemic.

Securing a spot in the Top 10 once again proves the Group’s capability in providing an integrated Port and Logistics ecosystem. It also highlights the significant contributions of SOTRANS Group and ITL Group in creating added value for the national logistics industry.
