KICK-OFF OF THE INTERNAL POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (IPDP SGN 2026)

On the afternoon of October 9, 2026, the Learning & Development (L&D) team of ITL Group officially launched the Internal Potential Development Program for the Southern Region (IPDP SGN 2026).

In line with ITL Group’s strategic learning and development direction, the Internal Potential Development Program (IPDP) has been implemented for over seven years, with previous cohorts in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023, and 2024. In 2026, ITL continues this journey by launching a new cohort in the Southern Region, providing a platform for participants to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another.

To become IPDP members, candidates are required to complete three EQ and IQ assessments. A total of 38 participants successfully completed the assessments and met the entry requirements. The kick-off session on October 9 welcomed more than 70 employees from SOTRANS and ITL Group.

The session began with team-building activities, where each group introduced its team name, explained its meaning, and presented its members. These activities created opportunities for participants to get to know one another, build relationships, and strengthen connections within the IPDP community.

The program continued with a session led by Mr. Simon Thuc, Deputy General Director of the Human Resources Office, who provided an overview of ITL Group’s IPDP, including the following key topics:

IPDP Overview: Program structure, learning content, and training timeline.
Mindset: Introduction to the four types of mindset.
Personal Value System: An overview of the Personal Value System and nine approaches to building one’s personal value system.
