From January 15 to January 21, 2026, SOTRANS organized the ONE SOTRANS Safety Day 2026 workshop series at the SOTRANS Head Office, SOTRANS ICD, and SWC Long Binh Port.

This annual program is held to further strengthen the safety culture while enhancing awareness and responsibility among every SOTRANS-er in building a safe, proactive, and sustainable working environment.

Under this year’s theme, “Valuing Lives – Commitment Beyond Compliance”, the workshops were conducted in a lively atmosphere with a wide range of engaging activities:

• Management Engagement

At each location, the Board of Management personally visited departments, presented gifts, and shared key safety messages, reflecting the company’s genuine care for employees’ well-being.

• Safety Commitment Signing Ceremony

A memorable highlight was the signing ceremony where management and employees pledged their unity. This reaffirmed a shared responsibility in building a workplace that is Safe – Proactive – Sustainable.

• Knowledge Consolidation & Mini-games

The sessions helped employees review practical safety knowledge in a clear and accessible manner. Safety-themed mini-games created an enthusiastic atmosphere with attractive gifts.

• Safety Initiative Awards

The program honored individuals who won the “Safety Initiative Awards 2025 – Phase 3”, recognizing innovative ideas that improve operational effectiveness.

The series concluded with meaningful Polaroid snapshots and collective commitments toward a safe and happy working environment. This was not merely an internal event, but a journey to inspire behavioral change and embed a strong safety culture within each individual.
