SOTRANS Group ceremony honoring dedicated service

On the morning of December 11, 2025, in a warm and solemn atmosphere at the SOWATCO meeting hall, SOTRANS Group organized a meaningful ceremony to honor the enduring contributions of its “resilient warriors” – employees who have worked more than 20 years at SOTRANS.

The event served as an opportunity for SOTRANS Group to acknowledge the steadfast dedication of generations of employees and to further cultivate a culture of compassion, connection, and solidarity across the company.

During the ceremony, the Leadership Team of SOTRANS Group extended their appreciation and heartfelt recognition to 111 employees who have journeyed alongside SOTRANS Group and its member companies, including Sowatco, Vietranstimex, Southern Port and SOTRANS Logistics, through various stages of transformation to build the Group’s position as a leading logistics enterprise in Vietnam. These long-serving employees represent both pride and inspiration for the younger generation to continue shaping the future of the Group.

In his remarks, Mr. Nguyễn Ngọc Vinh, Cluster Head of the East Saigon Warehousing Cluster, SOTRANS Logistics, shared the collective sentiments of long-tenured employees. He expressed profound pride and emotion as he reflected on more than three decades of working with SOTRANS, witnessing the company’s growth and standing side by side with colleagues through numerous challenges and milestones.

He emphasized that it is the company’s culture of sincerity, mutual respect, and trust together with the unwavering efforts of each generation of SOTRANS employees, from working through stormy days, overnight deliveries and new and demanding projects that has built the strong and admirable SOTRANS of today. He also expressed his confidence in the younger workforce, who now have greater opportunities thanks to technology, a more professional environment, and a clear development strategy. He affirmed that he and other senior members of SOTRANS are always ready to share their experience, provide mentorship, and “pass the torch,” ensuring that SOTRANS remains a home for committed, dedicated, and professional individuals.
