On November 19, 2021, SOTRANS Group hosted its special annual event, “ONE SOTRANS – Management Workshop 2021,” for the management team at the GEM Center.

Centered around the theme “ONE SOTRANS,” the workshop gathered nearly 60 middle and senior managers from SOTRANS Group and its subsidiaries, including SOTRANS Logistics, Sowatco, and Vietranstimex. The event served as a platform to review a volatile 2021 and set strategic directions for a 2022 filled with challenges and hope.

Through the collective strength of the SOTRANS family, a resilient “No Pain No Gain” spirit, and the steadfast leadership of the management team, SOTRANS Group has successfully weathered the storm. The Group maintained continuous growth and ensured the safety of its members throughout the pandemic. It can be said that SOTRANS Group has triumphed over an extraordinary period for both the country and the economy, achieving significant milestones in both business performance and human resources.

In addition to positive financial reports and transformation strategies for SOTRANS Group and its subsidiaries for the 2021-2024 period, the workshop emphasized sustainable development goals. Key topics included S.H.E & Compliance (Safety – Health – Environment & Compliance), HR policies, and upgrading management and operational systems through investments in new-generation IT platforms, Big Data, and restructuring.
