With the ambitious goal of becoming the NATIONAL CHAMPION by 2024, INDO TRANS LOGISTICS CORPORATION (ITL) and SOTRANS GROUP (STG) have implemented various human resource initiatives. These efforts aim to build a professional management team capable of operating all business and service activities to meet our projected 3x growth scale. One of our key initiatives to cultivate high-potential young talent is the Management Trainee Program (MTP).
This program focuses on recruiting top-tier graduates from prestigious universities with specialized training relevant to the Group’s services, such as the University of Transport and Communications, Ton Duc Thang University, Foreign Trade University, University of Technology, University of Economics, and Industrial University… This initiative has been in place since 2017 (marked by ITL’s first MT cohort). Notably, candidates from the Vietnam Aviation Academy are recruited specifically for the Air Cargo division.
