  1. Do not leave your home until officially permitted by health authorities.

  2. Mandatory practices:

    • Maintain a distance of over 2 meters when interacting with family members. Always wear a face mask and a face shield during supplies delivery, and sanitize your hands frequently. If you are alone in your room, a mask is not required.

    • Continuously monitor your health: check your temperature twice daily, measure $SpO_2$ (if available), and track any new symptoms, even if your current condition is stable.

  3. To boost resistance and accelerate recovery:

    • Drink sufficient water.

    • Get enough sleep.

    • Maintain proper nutrition.

    • Exercise and stay active regularly.

  4. Ensure hygiene in dining and daily activities:

    • Practice “eat clean, drink clean” and ensure food safety.

    • Keep restrooms clean: always wear a mask when using the restroom and wash hands thoroughly afterward.

  5. Maintain ventilation and cleanliness: Keep your room well-ventilated; regularly clean and disinfect surfaces of objects and floors.

  6. Follow-up testing: Medical personnel will contact you for re-testing to determine the conclusion of your isolation period.

  7. Contact medical staff for consultation or re-examination if new symptoms appear, such as: fever above $38.5^{\circ}\text{C}$, chest pain, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, etc.

  8. Emergency signs of clinical worsening:

    • Impaired consciousness, lethargy, or sluggishness.

    • Severe shortness of breath: gasping, respiratory rate exceeding 30 breaths per minute, or $SpO_2 < 93\%$ (if available).

    • Cyanosis (bluish discoloration of lips or extremities).$\Rightarrow$ Immediately call the “115” hotline or the local Rapid Response Team for timely emergency assistance.
