Guidelines for Home-based Care of COVID-19 Patients
Given the complex developments of the COVID-19 pandemic, Ho Chi Minh City has implemented home-based isolation and treatment for F0 patients. As of 8:00 AM on August 12, there were 30,988 F0 cases being isolated, monitored, and treated at home.
This total includes 9,963 new F0 cases and 21,025 F0 cases who are continuing home isolation and monitoring following their discharge from medical facilities. To improve patient health and reduce the rate of clinical worsening at home, F0 patients must focus on self-care measures, proper medication usage, and seeking consultation from medical personnel upon detecting any abnormal signs.
