Participants
The competition is open to all container truck drivers of the Company.
Emulation and reward policy
Each month, the Company will summarize the emulation results based on four specific criteria to select the drivers with the best performance

Achieve the trip volume plan according to each specific region.

Ensure absolute safety during the transportation of goods.

Strictly follow Company and customer regulations regarding the delivery, receipt, and transport of goods.

Settlement Perform the monthly settlement process accurately, promptly, and on time.
Every quarter, the Company will aggregate the results from the previous three months based on the aforementioned criteria to select the top performer for an additional quarterly award.
