About the SOTRANS Logistics – Golden Wheel program
To motivate the workforce, improve labor efficiency, and create a competitive atmosphere within the Transport Department, SOTRANS Logistics maintains a monthly and quarterly competition for all company container drivers.
To win the award, drivers must excel in four core criteria

Volume Achieve the trip volume plan for each specific region.

Safety Ensure absolute safety during cargo transportation.

Compliance Strictly follow Company and customer regulations during the delivery, receipt, and transport of goods.

Settlement Perform the monthly financial settlement process correctly and on time.
In addition to the monthly prizes, the Company summarizes the results every three months to select the top performer for the Quarterly Golden Wheel Award worth VND 2,000,000.
