SOTRANS Logistics employee referral program for container truck driver positions
This policy applies to the referral of Container Truck Driver candidates for the first 10 prime movers at SOTRANS Nhon Trach and SOTRANS Thu Duc depots under the Transport Division:
| (a) Scope: | This policy applies to the referral of external candidates for the position of Container Truck Driver. |
| (b) Eligibility: | Open to all employees of Sotrans Logistics Co., Ltd (excluding the Human Resources Department). |
| (c) Requirements: | A referral is considered successful when the candidate (holding an FC driving license) passes the probation period, signs an official labor contract, and completes at least 03 months of continuous service. |
| (d) Referral Incentive: | 5,000,000 VND per successful hire. The incentive will be paid through the monthly payroll based on the list compiled by the HR Department. This amount is subject to Personal Income Tax (PIT) as per current tax regulations. |
