On October 3, 2025, SOTRANS Logistics (a member of SOTRANS Group) officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for the SOTRANS Ho Nai Chemical Warehouse project in Dong Nai. With a scale of 26,400 m² and groundbreaking operational technology, the project is positioned to become the most modern and safest chemical warehouse in Vietnam.

The project is located in Ho Nai Industrial Park, Dong Nai Province – the industrial hub of Southern Vietnam.
- Total area: 26,400 m²
- Net warehouse area: 16,200 m²
- Total capacity: Up to 19,500 pallets
The project is expected to be completed by Q2/2026. Once operational, SOTRANS Ho Nai Chemical Warehouse will address the shortage of specialized logistics infrastructure for the chemical industry, which is growing strongly according to the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Advanced In-Rack Sprinkler Fire Protection System
