OVERVIEW
Ocean and inland waterway transport services
SOTRANS maintains a powerful global agency network across 100 countries and strategic contracts with major shipping lines such as CMA-CGM, NYK, Hyundai, and MSC to provide competitive international ocean freight services. We focus on key markets including the USA, EU, Japan, and Asia, offering diverse solutions from Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) to specialized project cargo for major works in Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.
In the domestic sector, SOTRANS asserts its leading position through our subsidiary SOWATCO, operating a robust fleet of 22 self-propelled barges (90 - 300 TEUs) that effectively connect VICT Port with key ICDs such as Sotrans, Transimex, and Phước Long. With ship towing capacities up to 4,000 CV and over 50 years of experience, we deliver an integrated logistics chain from factory to final destination. By seamlessly combining North-South waterway transport with door-to-door services, we help customers optimize both time and costs.

03.
A fleet with high tonnage and capacity, operated by a stable and highly skilled team of captains and engineers, ensures competitiveness in today’s market.
04.
Seamlessly connecting inland water transport with other modes such as road and rail through integrated logistics partnerships.
05.
Providing maritime support services, including tugboat assistance at ports and SOWATCO’s anchorage systems at Cat Lai and Thieng Lieng, as well as mooring and unmooring services.
